Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you have any questions about returns, you can always contact us at hello@paceactive.co.uk.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Certain items are non-returnable, including sale items, gift cards, custom or personalised products, perishable goods (such as food or plants), and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges are not processed directly. The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without explanation. Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and display the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@paceactive.co.uk .
